This is absolutely shocking to think about, but it is a factual statement because the Ope Ope no Mi has abilities that can do things other fruits can only dream of.
According to Doflamingo, two abilities were needed for him to succeed in his plan. The first one is the Perennial Youth Surgery, which makes one Immortal. The second one is the personality swap, which is very important as well. With these powers, he could've become the King of the World.
